I heard some friends talking today about what their professor was talking about in class today. It was about thinking of 100 things about yourself that make you…..well you. And I thought to myself I don’t know if there are that many interesting things about me….but here it goes. I’m sure most of them won’t be very interesting and you probably already know a lot of them.
1. My real name is Andrea. But I really don’t like it. I think I’m more of an Andi.
2. When I was younger….i was scared of, well pretty much everything. Especially Santa and the Easter Bunny.
3. I’ve been 4’11 since the 5th grade.
4. My favorite colors are blue and green.
5. I hate arguing. Let me clarify. I hate arguing about important things. If we’re just messing around that’s fine….thats kinda fun.
6. I’m really bad at making decisions. Especially when other people are involved. Even with things like where to eat or what movie to see.
7. I love Sundrop. I need at least one a day to function properly.
8. I have a slight obsession with camouflage things.
9. I wish I could relax by a fire every night of my life. There’s just something about it that puts me at ease with everything going on.
10. I love chicken and potatoes. Preferably mashed…but anyway is fine. I could eat that for every meal everyday and never get tired of it.
11. My best friend is more like the sister I never had.
12. My favorite candy bar is Twix.
13. I hate oranges and mint chocolate.
14. When I was a kid…I wanted to be a teacher, a ball player, and in the circus.
15. I hardly ever get mad. Mostly just frustrated.
16. I don’t like voicing my opinions. I’d just rather keep them to myself.
17. I hate wearing dresses. Or just dressing up in general.
18. I love country music.
19. I love to laugh. And I laugh at inappropriate things at times.
20. My goal in life is to become a good cook. You know…like grandmothers are. (maybe by the time I’m a grandmother)
21. I love dogs. And pretty much all animals. But of course my dog Dixie is the best.
22. My boyfriend brings out the best in me. I’m not afraid to be myself around him. I love that.
23. I like shoes. I can’t go in a shoe store without wanting to buy a pair.
24. I love taking pictures. Its my way of not forgetting things I do.
25. Hugs are great. If you need one. Ask me. I’ll gladly give you one.
26. I have no sense of style/fashion. I just go for comfort.
27. I like singing at the top of my lungs in the car. (even though im sure it sounds horrible)
28. Camping is so much fun. I wish I could go more often.
29. I don’t like that the scar from my knee surgery is going away. I’m not really sure why.
30. My daddy never fails to make me smile.
31. I like putting things together/building things.
32. I worry way too much. About things that aren’t that important most of the time.
33. I plan on visiting Yankee Stadium before I die. And hopefully my daddy will get to go with me.
34. My grandfather committed suicide on my 16th birthday. I haven’t gotten over it. I need to know why. here's a pic from when i was little with my grandpa.
35. I want to live in the country and have a lot of land. Maybe one day.
36. I would like to travel overseas. Not sure where though.
37. I can be somewhat of a packrat. I think its for because I don’t want to forget…or I’m afraid I’ll need it later.
38. I hate being late for things. It stresses me out.
39. I can’t wait to have kids. But I’m in no hurry. I guess that doesn’t make since. I’m excited to have kids one day…maybe that’s better.
40. I’m a horrible speller.
41. I have very little confidence in myself about most things. I’m working on that.
42. I tend to be very shy at first. But open up more once I’m comfortable around you.
43. Currently I have 4 places that I can call home. My apartment. My parents house. My boyfriends house. And my best friends house.
44. There are some things that no one knows about me. I like it that way.
45. I’m almost always cold.
46. I am almost a college graduate.
47. I trust people very easily. (not usually a good thing)
48. People seem to think that I’m much younger than I am.
49. I like watching the sunrise/set.
50. Thanks to my boyfriend....i’ve seen every south park and family guy episode. I like them.
51. I was a cheerleader for pee wee football. I wanted to play football….but my mom wouldn’t let me. Cheering was how I got to go to every game.
52. I love doing things around the house with my daddy.
53. Inside jokes really make me happy.
54. I was so shy when I was little that when I wanted something my parents would tell me if I wanted it I had to take the money and pay for it myself. I always decided I didn’t want it after that.
55. I’ve changed my major three times. From High school math teacher. To Accounting. And finally to Finance.
56. I’ve found the man I want to spend the rest of my life with. He’s made me happier than I’ve ever been.
57. I like cookie dough better than actual cookies.
58. Even though I say I hate it. I actually like being tickled.
59. I wish teachers taught in song. I can remember song lyrics so easily.
60. My nickname in high school was Funsize.
61. I’m really tired of studying and doing homework all the time.
62. I like being silly.
63. I’m very pale. And burn easily.
64. I like reading quotes.
65. I like numbers.
66. I actually really like my job. But I’m ready to start the next stage in my life….a career.
67. Clowns scare me.
68. Even though I hate to admit. I have a little bit of a hopeless romantic quality in me.
69. I think I’m pretty easy to get along with.
70. I want to take a road trip across the country.
71. Unlike most girls….i haven’t had my wedding planned since I was 5. I really have no idea what I want. Some people seem to think that’s weird.
72. I don’t sleep much. Not because I don’t try. Just can’t.
73. I don’t really like spending money.
74. If I start watching an infomercial. I can’t stop. I get sucked in. But I’ve never bought anything from one.
75. I am addicted to Chapstick. I always have some with me. If I don’t have some close…I have a mild panic attack. Well not really. But its not good
76. I love flannel.
77. I can tell I’ve grown up a lot over the past 2-3 years.
78. I’ve been told I say some words really funny cause of my country accent.
79. I wish I would have had a video camera to capture every moment with my best friend.
80. I believe in being nice to people even when they aren’t nice to you.
81. I get headaches pretty often.
82. When I was little….i was obsessed with one of my older cousins. He was the coolest person I knew. I haven’t spoke to him in almost 6 years.
83. I’m not really that close with my mom. We are just really different.
84. I don’t like wasting time getting ready. So I don’t usually fix my hair or wear makeup. (well I do…but its done fast)
85. Spiders and snakes really scare me.
86. I once stepped into a punch when I was little and got a bloody nose just so my cousin would get in trouble. (mean I know)
87. I’ve never been stung by a bee or a wasp.
88. I’m allergic to penicillin.
89. I love looking at pictures from when I was little. I cant believe I used to look like that. Haha
90. I’ll try just about anything once.
91. I want to go skydiving.
92. I like being in small spaces.
93. I’ve never gotten a manicure or pedicure. Just seems dumb to me.
94. I’d do almost anything to make sure the people I care about are happy.
95. I refuse to eat at a restaurant alone. I’d rather go thru the drive through and eat in my car.
96. I can’t dance. Really. Its bad.
97. Good morning phone calls/text messages put my day off to a good start.
98. I play out how I think things will go in my head before they actually happen. I’m pretty much always wrong.
99. I’m a firm believer that you can make yourself happy. It’s all about how you look at things.
100. I like sitting outside at night in the summer and listening to the crickets.
Thats was pretty hard to do. hopefully they are somewhat interesting.
Hahahaha. Loved it! Hahaha. Gonna have to re-read it again soon. Great job. No way I could find 100 things about me.
